An unforgettable evening is on the horizon as the “Night of Champions: Mardi Gras” returns on May 16, 2026, at the Hilton Dallas/Rockwall Lakefront. This high-energy celebration brings together supporters, alumni, and community members for a night dedicated to uplifting East Texas A&M Lion Athletics and its student-athletes.
Inspired by the vibrant spirit of Mardi Gras, the event will feature a full slate of entertainment, including Vegas-style gaming like poker, blackjack, craps, and roulette, alongside a buffet, cash bar, and both silent and live auctions. Guests will also have the unique opportunity to meet and connect with Lion head coaches, making the night as personal as it is exciting.
More than just a celebration, the Night of Champions serves a meaningful purpose: raising critical funds for the Student-Athlete Excellence Fund. Every ticket purchased and every bid placed directly supports the success and growth of East Texas A&M’s student-athletes, both on and off the field.
Whether you're there for the thrill of the games, the camaraderie, or the cause, this is a night designed to celebrate champions, and help build the next generation of them.
